Who Was The $10,000 Winner At The Lennar Atlanta Realtor Gala?

Lennar Atlanta Realtor Gala - Winner - Dawn SamsOn Saturday night January 28th. Lennar Atlanta held their Second Annual Realtor Gala. The event was held in Ivy Hall at The Roswell Mill.

Over 250 agents and Realtors dined, danced and enjoyed the evening’s presentation.

Oh, did we mention there were prizes too?

Emcee for the evening, local Radio and TV personality Tom Sullivan along with the evening’s host Ginny Bryant, Director of Sales with Lennar Atlanta gave away prizes ranging from DVD players, $250 American Express Gift Cards, Cruises and even five checks for $1,000 each.

But then there was the Grand Prize.

Dawn Sams of ERA Sunrise Realty in Canton was the winner of a check for $10,000!!

Ms. Sams has been an active Realtor since 2005 and is a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors, Top Achievers Club and is a certified Cartus Relocation Agent. Her primary markets include Cherokee, Cobb and Forsyth counties.
