Lennar Atlanta's Director of Sales, Ginny BryantLennar Atlanta was recently honored to have been a sponsor and participant in the  Georgia Korean American Real Estate Association (GAKARA) 2012 Real Estate Workshop.  Held this past Saturday, June 16 at the Gwinnet Convention Center, the GAKARA Home Expo is an annual event in which participants, both existing and potential homeowners alike, come together with real estate professionals and vendors to learn, share and gather information from one and other.  Over 300 people were in attendance at the all-day event!

Along with providing excellent networking opportunities, the Expo offered a variety of workshops for consumers covering topics such as tax consequences, the most updated mortgage guidelines, immigration and investment and several others involving personal finance.  For real estate professionals, free continuing education classes were conducted.  Advantages abounded for all those in attendance.

The event’s featured speaker was Lennar Atlanta’s Director of Sales, Ginny Bryant.  Ms. Bryant’s audience included both the real estate professionals as well as the present and future homeowners participating in the day’s event, all of whom were delighted and encouraged to hear of Lennar’s success over the previous two years and the positive, forward growth the company continues to make in the fifteen communities they now have open in the northern metro Atlanta marketplace.  “Being here today and experiencing first-hand the energy and excitement in such a collaborative atmosphere only reinforces the value and importance Lennar Atlanta puts in fostering relationships with members of the Georgia Korean American Real Estate Association and the Korean American community,” stated Ms. Bryant.

Lennar Atlanta – Offering Homes In The Nation’s Top School District

Gwinnett County School System was recently honored with the prestigious ‘Broad Prize for Urban Education’ which recognizes the urban system that has the greatest overall performance and improvement in student achievement while reducing the achievement gap. It is the largest education prize in the country.

Lennar Atlanta is excited that two of its new home communities are located in the Gwinnett county school system.  Beyers Landing in the Hamilton Mill area and Trey Vista near the Mall of Georgia in Buford.

Sales Director for Lennar Atlanta, Ginny Bryant, explained “to be able to offer the extraordinary affordability and value that we bring to our homes and then add in a school district with such high accolades is an exciting combination to offer to our homebuyers”.

Both Beyers Landing priced from $179,900 and Trey Vista with home prices starting in the high $180’s are part of the excellent Mill Creek High School district and it’s strong group of  feeder elementary and middle schools.

An 18-member review board selected the five finalists. Other finalists are Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, N.C.,  Montgomery County Public Schools, Md., Socorro Independent School District, El Paso, Texas, and Ysleta Independent School District, El Paso, Texas.

Georgia State Governor Perdue had the following statement regarding the news – “This national recognition for Gwinnett County Public Schools is well deserved. The school board, Superintendent. Wilbanks and the staff and faculty in Gwinnett have made student achievement their singular focus.”

Congratulations to Gwinnett County School System from all of Lennar Atlanta.
